Clear browsing data in Chrome/Microsoft Edge/Firefox/Safari (iOS device)

Clearing browsing data in Chrome:

1. Locate the three dots at the top right corner.      
2. Scroll down and click “More tools” and proceed with clearing browsing data
3. At the top choose the time range. To delete everything, select all time.
4. Next to “Cookies and other site data” and “Cached images and files”, check the boxes.
5. Lastly, click Clear data.

Clearing browsing data in Firefox:

1. In the Menu bar at the top right of the Firefox browser. Click the menu button and scroll down to “Settings” and click that.
2. On the left-hand panel select the Privacy & Security option and scroll down to the Cookies and Site Data section.
3. Click the Clear Data button.
4. Click Clear

Clear browsing data in Microsoft Edge:

1. Select the Menu option at the top right corner of the browser (3 dots icon)
2. Scroll down to “Settings”
3. Then click Privacy, search, and services on the left-hand panel.  
4. Under Clear browsing data, select Choose what to clear.
5. Select “Cached images and files” and “Cookies and other site data” check box and then select Clear. 

Clearing browsing data in Safari when using an iOS device (iPhone & iPad)

1. Locate the Settings on your iOS device.
2. After locating it, select the Safari web browser.
3. Scroll down the Safari settings, and click Clear History and Website Data.
4. Lastly, click Clear.
